I request the following:

1. Any material which discusses how to categorise a given passport application for the purpose of (among other things) determining which ID is allowed / required. This may include, but is not limited to:
   1. Which country the application was sent from
   2. Which country the application was sent to
   3. In which country the applicant normally resides
   4. Where the resulting passport will be sent
   5. The purpose for which the passport will be used
   6. The type of passport to be issued
2. Any material which specifies the acceptable ID for each category (from request above) of passport application. This may include, but is not limited to, specific ID that is acceptable/unacceptable, or categories of ID that are acceptable/unacceptable.

Please provide identifying reference information for all material provided, as well as providing section, page and/or paragraph information when the complete source is not provided.
