Do my photos need to be signed if I apply through the Simplified Renewal Application Process?


No. You must submit two new photos, but you do not need a guarantor or anyone else to sign them. A guarantor is not required under the Simplified Renewal Application Process.

However, the name and address of the photographer or studio, as well as the date the photos were taken, must be provided on the back of one photo.
