  • If you plan to travel within the next 20 business days, please submit your application at a Passport Canada office.
  • Canadians in the United States or Bermuda must submit their application by mail footnote.
  • Canadians abroad: Please contact the nearest Government of Canada passport issuing office in the country where you are residing or visiting to find out how to submit a passport application.
  • For Non-Canadians: Our central office in Gatineau, Quebec, is responsible for certificates of identity and travel documents.
