Relocation of the Surrey Passport Canada office

As of Tuesday, March 29, the Surrey Passport Canada office will have a new address. The new office will be located in the Central City Shopping Centre at 10153 King George Boulevard.

The Surrey Passport Canada office currently located at 13401 108th Avenue, Suite 900, will close permanently at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 25.

Passport services will not be available in Surrey on Monday, March 28 but will be available again on Tuesday, March 29. Individuals who require passport services on March 28 are encouraged to visit one of the following locations:

Vancouver Passport Canada office
Sinclair Centre
757 Hastings Street West, Suite 200
7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Mon.-Fri.

Richmond Passport Canada office
5611 Cooney Road, Suite 310
Urgent service is not available at this office.
8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Mon.-Fri.

Applicants may also submit general adult passport applications, simplified renewal applications and child passport applications (with the participation of both parents) at any of the following Service Canada Centres:

• New Westminster Service Canada Centre (624 Agnes Street, Suite 100, New Westminster)
• Burnaby Service Canada Centre (4279 Canada Way, Burnaby)
• Vancouver Service Canada Centre (Harry Stevens Building, 125 10th Avenue East, Vancouver)

The new office will be in a larger space located on the ground floor of the Central City Shopping Centre, two kilometres away from its previous location. Easily accessible, the new office features a total of 23 counters, and can now seat 120 people in the waiting area-approximately twice as many as the previous location. Free parking is available to clients of the Central City Shopping Centre. The Central City Shopping Centre is also accessible by transit and is located at the Central Surrey SkyTrain station.
